#EDUCATE THEM
#TAKE THEM TO SCHOOL
In 2014 we embarked on our very first project called “Promoting Right to Education for the At-Risk
Children (PREACH PROJECT)” The project aimed at protecting girls in the rural Blantyre from any form of abuses as well as robing for there rights to education.
The results from Preach project led to the project called “Knowing a Girl Child” as we noted that communities did not recognize girls and women rights, roles and responsibilities rather than being household keepers. Through the project we managed to return 89% of girls in 4 Primary schools and ended over 10 child marriages.

Malawi Cyclones
Malawi has been hit with 2 consecutive cyclones in March 2023 as the country was recovering from the 3 consecutive cyclones that hit Malawi earlier in 2022. One of the district that is highly affected is Blantyre district which happens to be the country’s commercial city.
Below is the video of a glimpse of the situation then….
Let’s help our brothers, sisters, mothers/fathers and our grannies by providing them with clean drinking water. No amount is small
Hello family!!
I pray this finds you in perfect health condition.
Imagine you are walking on the scorching sun and extreme thirst is catching up with you. Right there , even buying your favorite street food won't make you feel any better. You try your best to look for water everywhere until you finally find it no matter the cost.
Now imagine the same scenario but this time around the ones involved are women, children, widows and sick people in the most poorest communities in the world and they are thirsty. Unlike you in the scenario(you found water after looking for it), they search everywhere for water to drink, but still without success, they instead settle for a dirty dam where dogs, livestock and wildlife drink from. The situation is happening in real life. The victims of 3 consecutive tropical cyclones in Malawi (Nsanje district) are hanging by the thread with no clean water sources amid of country cholera outbreak. 80 out of 144 cholera deaths that Malawi has registered so far are from these same communities (floods survivors). Experts are anticipating the cholera outbreak to triple in the coming weeks as we are approaching the rainy season. These people are innocent, the only crime is that they are poor, and if being poor wasn’t enough, floods destroyed every little they had. Imagine if they were our parents or our close relatives!!
Busy Youth Organization is raising funds to help the floods victims access clean drinking water by purchasing and installing water hand pumps, distribute chlorine to treat water as well as cholera prevention awareness campaigns before the rain season approaches.
No amount is too little, every penny counts. If we are not in a position to donate, let us share this post and link to everyone we know, whether in our email and phone contacts as well as on all logins on our social network. Your efforts and kindness will help us save many lives. Become part of the solution by saving precious lives. Thank you so much for being part of the solution. And thank you for sharing!!!

Enhancing Urban-Environmental-Sustainability-Through Fighting-Climate-Change-Impact With Total Community Engagement Project
The project “ Enhancing Urban-Environmental-Sustainability-Through Fighting-Climate-Change-Impact With Total Community Engagement" The project started in 2015 after the devastated floods that hit Malawi including Blantyre City. The project aims at reducing the impact of climate climate that have been caused by deforestation and carbon emissions in Blantyre townships. The project involves the restoration of the degraded-mountains in Blantyre city. Since people are also cultivating in some of the mountain tops, its impossible to relocate them. Therefore the restoration involves planting fertility-enhancing-trees like acacia in the same fields which are cared by farmers as they care for their crops.
It is also involving mechanisms that are reducing deforestation such as community established local-bylaws and advocating for community use of Liquified-Petroleum-Gas(LGP) Stoves whereby reducing Carbon-emissions as-well.
The project was funded by UNDP under Global Environmental Fund(GEF) through its Small Grants Programme (SGP).
ADOLESCENTS,YOUNG WOMEN AND WOMEN HIV PREVENTION PROGRAMS.

The project targeted the youth and aimed at reducing the spread of HIV and encouraging voluntary HIV testing among adolescents and young women by using arts/talents mainly hiphop music(not limited). Youth with different talents were mobilized and motivated to use their skills in disseminating HIV prevention messages. Then organization was hosting talent HIV AND AIDS shows in primary and secondary schools and public places in order to get hold of every youth in the implementation communities. We managed to reach 4000 youth, formed 10 HIV and AIDS clubs in the community and schools. 3400 youth voluntarily got tested for HIV virus.
Menstrual Hygiene at an affordable price (MEHAP) Project.
Busy Youth also implemented a project called “Menstrual Hygiene at an affordable price (MEHAP)”. The project aimed at empowering youth economically by training them on how to make reusable organic cotton menstrual pads for sale using locally available resources at an affordable price.
Youth in HIV Knowledge Hunt (YOHKH) Project.
In 2017 the organization implemented a project called “ Youth in HIV Knowledge Hunt (YOHKH)”. The program involved training youth in HIV and STI infection management and prevention.
